What is Shakti Naam Yoga

The practice of Shakti Naam is very different from other forms of yoga. It provides an almost immediate release of energy and experience of the meditative state, quickly causing the brain and nervous system to shift from its normal hyper-stimulated state. Far more than just a state of relaxation, this practice allows one to combat the normal stresses of our western society and daily life. The practice of Shakti Naam trains the body to overcome these obstacles and expand human mental and energetic capacity to its fullest.
